Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered a Cigar Cruiser.

What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?

Guests are responsible for arranging their own air transportation; we will take it from there.

Transfers from the local airports to and from Casa de Campo are available and included in your paid reservation. As your travel date approaches, you will receive a request to provide your flight information so the resort can coordinate your arrival and departure transfers.

Once you arrive at the resort, you will be provided a complimentary 4-passenger golf cart for the duration of your stay.

What's the refund policy?

Any cancellations after February 1, 2018, up to March 1, 2018, will incur a 50% penalty of gross fare (inclusive of Taxes, Fees and Gratuities). All cancellations after midnight CST, March 1, 2018, are non-refundable. We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance to minimize losses due to potential unforeseen cancellation circumstances.
